Third grade
is a very challenging school year. Your child is now
considered a "real" student, so the difficulty
of the work kicks up a notch. The first thing you'll
notice is more homework. At first, this may actually
seem fun to you and your child. Don't be fooled! Interest
will probably wane as the school year progresses.
But before it does, take advantage of this time to
help build great study habits. Strong study skills
can contribute significantly to your child's academic
progress, both now and in the years ahead.
